Spring is in the air...

The last (?) of the snow is melting away, the yurt and sheds have been swept and aired, peas, peppers, carrots and tomatoes are sown, broad beans are growing nicely, fences have been mended, drainage ditches have been dredged, brush and shrubs cleared from around the paddies, soil amended... I love winter! Everything looks great until the beginning of April when all hell breaks loose. Oh well, same old same old.

In other news, the website has been refreshed in anticipation of getting our new and exciting selection of drinks and processed products available on-line though the shop isn't up and running yet but you'll all be the first to know about it when it is :-).
